John Seitz

CEO and Co-Founder

Suited to his role as CEO of MMX Healthcare, John is a high-energy entrepreneur and leader with the proven ability to develop and grow a business. John’s skills include strategic planning, effective communication, problem solving and the ability to motivate people. John oversees the business development, operational and financial management of MMX. John is widely recognized in the ASC industry and is highly sought after as a developer, operator and turn-around specialist. John serves on the Benchmarking and Quality Committee for both the national ASC Association and for the California Ambulatory Surgical Association. He has been a presenter at numerous conferences and a contributor to numerous articles.
Prior to MMX Healthcare, John was President of Ambulatory Surgical Group (numerous ASC management and turnaround projects), Founder and President of Surgem (developed and operated 9 ASCs in NJ and FL), and was the Founder and President of Cornerstone Physicians (a national practice management company). John is a graduate of Harvard Business School (OPM) and attended Western State University College of Law.

Tamar is a well-established leader in the field of ASC accreditation and compliance. Tamar provides both the design-input and the subject matter expertise for AccredAbility. Tamar has demonstrated an exceptional ability to organize and manage the complicated accreditation and inspection process. Tamar is an AAAASF Medicare surveyor for ASCs and Rural Health facilities. In addition, Tamar is an Infection Control Specialist, a member of the AAAASF infection control task force and sits on the Board of the AORN South Bay Chapter.
Tamar is active in the California Ambulatory Surgical Association serving on several key committees including the Membership Committee and the Quality and Benchmarking Committee.
